A Rightmove-style property portal built for Algeria — a market that had no listings site at the time. Buy, rent and sale listings, agent profiles, listing plans and multilingual UI: an ASP.NET Core API behind a Blazor front end with a SQL database, built end-to-end, though the venture never went to market.

- Since 2024: core member of the Collective Mobile team — Flutter for Android & iOS with native Swift and Kotlin scanner integration, taken from early development through to release.
- Optimised the app's performance — moved heavy work off the UI thread onto background isolates, cut unnecessary widget rebuilds and refactored shared UI into reusable widgets — and hardened security ahead of release.
